These are plugins that are available for WhippyTerm. Plugins let you extend WhippyTerm. There are 3 classes of plugins available:

• File upload/download protocols
• Byte stream processors. These are things like ANSI, Unicode, and text highlighers.
• Connection types. There are different connections that can be opened. These include things like TCP/IP, UDP, and serial ports.

WhippyTerm plugins are setup to use one file to support all platforms. There is only one file to download for a plug and it will work on all the platforms that, that plugin supports (a plugin might support Windows and Linux but not Mac for example).

Plugins should be forward compatible. When you select one, the compatible version is the oldest version of WhippyTerm that this plugin will work with. You can use this version of the plugin with newer versions of WhippyTerm.
